Deposit Policy

We require a deposit prior to each treatment, and this is required before the time of booking. All deposits are non-refundable, and to cancel or reschedule your appointment we require a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to treatment. Failing to make us aware of your need to reschedule or cancel your appointment will result in your deposit being lost and you’ll have to pay your deposit again at the time of your next booking.
