Upon booking an appointment at Exult Cosmetics, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following Terms and Conditions. 

Non Refundable Booking Fee

Payment of £50.00 is required for booking consultations and/or procedures. 

The booking fee is due prior to the beginning of the appointment unless payment options are arranged in advance. This is non refundable under all circumstance however it can be used towards other treatments at Exult Cosmetics. 

Scheduling 

All appointments should be scheduled. Appointments can be made online, by phone or in person with an assigned Exult Cosmetics practitioner. We do not accept any walk ins. 

Cancellation 

Should you need to cancel a scheduled appointment, all cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. You will need to contact us by phone to confirm your cancellation. 

Appointment No Refund Policy 

It is the intention of Exult Cosmetics to provide you with an outstanding service and results. We believe we provide full transparency for clients. We do not offer refunds after a procedure has taken place. We reserve the right to discuss situations that may arise if they are out of our control.
